Shipping

All orders will be shipped via Austrian Postal Service, Hermes or UPS. If available, the order will be prepared within one day. Normally, an order is delivered within 3-7 days.

To all US customers:
Due to the complicated and lengthy process with the U.S. Customs, we came to the decision to send exclusively via UPS. This is the only way to ensure timely and reliable delivery!

Prices

All prices in our shop are displayed in Euro including 20 % VAT. Non-European customers will not have to pay EU sales tax. The final product prices will be calculated before you do the payment-checkout. Of course the recipe also includes the correct VAT option.

We do not take any responsibility for any customs.

If there are changes in prices, the price from your order day is valid, except the price will be more favourable. In this case you will get the cheaper one.

Complaints

Complaints must be reported within 14 workdays after getting your order. All returns must be authorized, so please contact us before you send an item back to us. We only do accept returns for items in original condition. If a return will be granted, you will get a voucher without an expiry date. Please put enough stamps on returns.
