These canadian denim heads use only the most unique and rare denim fabrics from Japan. The prestigious mills in Japan, from which they import all their fabric, are committed to producing only the best (and most expensive) denim in the world. Throughout each step in denim production (weaving, dyeing, finishing…) the mills use a combination of old school and modern methods and practices. So much culture and history is poured into the fabric so that it can be appreciated by the denim purist.
They have eliminated the costly and nonessential after-effects typical with mass-produced jeans, and have stripped down their  jeans to the core essentials. Now true denimheads and newcomers alike can enjoy these special fabrics at a very reasonable price. Experienced patternmakers have exhausted their fit models and have created several modern fits for men and women. The Naked & Famous Slim Shirt  is made in the oldest existing shirt factory in North America, which was founded in Quebec, in 1894. For over a century, the factory has been producing fine mens shirts. The tradition of old-world craftsmanship and a passion for shirting continues to this day
The brand name Naked & Famous is a satire of our celeb-obsessed culture. They aim to poke fun at “Hollywood” and “Glamour” brands that sell jeans for $300 and up solely because they are celebrity endorsed, and not because they are higher quality.
The logo is reminiscent of 1950`s Pop-Art. Early Pop-Artists depicted the “ideal blond” as a satire of mass media and mass culture, then fed it right back to them. We intend to do the same.
