Complaints must report latest 14 days after getting the stuff per email, telefon or in written form. On all returns, please declare the reason. All returns must be authorized, so please contact us. Only stuff in original condition will be accept. Natural you will get a voucher without an expiry date. Please put enough stamps on returns. |
